You basically combine it with raiment and end up with infinite telestomp, permanent additional layer of 30% dr, and immunity to cc because teleport makes you unstoppable.

the random teleport spot is total trash i used it for 5 mins was done with it

It’s actually insane that they thought a weapon with those affixes would ever see use
