Yea this is true. But this doesn’t come close to offsetting the nerfs to vuln/crit and some of the inherent weapon bonuses and class skills, etc. It was still a substantial across the board nerf for everyone.

Likely you get much of that back in the seasonal boosts but we will see how powerful the hearts play out to being.

So you're just choosing to ignore the +Physical damage there? This is a flat boost to ALL +% damage affixes.

i play arc lash sorc with pretty much bis items high rolls.

for me it feels like arc lash sorc gets a buff.

red throught the patch notes fast, so i couldnt find anything barrier related but i do not take as much dmg as before the patch. i am not so squishy anymore.

after 60 i pretty much got 1 shotted, i run 61 right now to test. its seems pretty easy
