Couldn't be, otherwise the high level nightmare dungeon mobs would never be more than level 110 even if you are level 100.

i don't think the mobs will be 110 for lowbies though, could be wrong.

Game is plenty suitable for people with a job. We just won't be getting to lvl 100 in the first couple days.
