its a shame because i bought their Ultimate edition ($100) and i got screwed over for "abuse of the economy" trading with literal self farmed hundreds of millions, less than half a billion. And I have to rebuy the game and create a new account now if i want to play again? I didnt even get to enjoy my ultimate edition benefits lol RIP :wallbash:

If you used PayPal I’m pretty sure you can get refund, cause they technically scammed you without having an offline mode. I’m not sure if it’s a EU only thing and if you can do it with other payments methods


Edit: actually no idea if that’s possible, might be worth seeking some infos on internet tho

nah man they didnt scam him. he signed that contract "terms and agreements". he broke em

terms and agreement are not above the law tho, same with path of exile you can charge back all mtx purchases after being banned cause EU>wannabe god game company

I think he is talking about the fact you bought a game with add ons then they took away your game and you should beable to refund the add ons in EU law?

well, if they failed to explain the reason for banning him - technically the did scam him. And generic email about abusing economy isn't enough to keep account banned without refund.

yes.. several threads have been created in the past week or so in here of people getting banned over that

and 99% of them have their bnet tag in their profile or sig
