Naw dude worse - it’s been overpower since day 2, but then it was barrier+hp stacking, resolve stacking, ferocity stacking and on and on. Not to mention dropping uniques for basically unobtainable GA gear (for most anyway).

What's so special about this one? I think it is regular d4 season situation, except addon release.

Yea the gear requirement is crazy for op volley, ppl are trying to switch to this build without being p300 and having the needed 275+ resource, Ive obtained ga resource tibs now I need keke ga and like 100 more paragons and im try the build out

Yeah I think it’s weird when I see these guides and among the requirements are stuff like triple crit GA resource Kepeleke, level 100 menagerist glyph, etc.

I get if folks are committed they’ll get there eventually I suppose.

It's good that at least they are still looking for the best possible variant, not like in season 2 I think when ball lightning was op and everyone was using some shitty maxroll variant without firebolt enchantment, elementalist aspect and devouring blaze ammy. Till the end of season everyone was dealing like half of damage that I was doing and thought it's the best because there was no content to test it, everything would melt anyway. Then they introduced aoz and I was able to reach higher level than any popular streamer whos builds everyone is copying. Funny how everyone was overpaying for the shitty gear they recommend and nobody cared about actual best gear.
Now with quill volley I am still not convinced that resolve stacking is worth it dropping tyraels and tybaults, which gives 85 max res, ton of damage reduction, max resource and 20% dmg multi + some damage from movement speed. Oc 26% resolve is 52% damage multi but then you have to switch to a weaker paragon glyph. And you have armored hide to activate your max block to get max damage from redirected force aspect which almost 100% uptime with prodigy's tempo. So in reality it's probably just a bit of damage increase over better tankiness.
Btw if you struggle to reach 275 max resource just use elexir of resourfullness, I have ga resource tibaults and kepeleke but still using it till I can get my masterwork right.
