Season is pretty much over, so this is how ARPG's usually are like. It's no surprise, because you see similar patterns in like POE, Last Epoch, D2R, etc.

When the expansion comes out for D4, I think D4 players' list will be booming with more players. Please show us your friend list when the xpac comes out.

Its not really similar in PoE, they lose almost all players into season. Half of season in PoE are played by 5-10% of players only, sometime drop is 97% or more.

D4 has much better retention rate, if you look at Steam charts even now still about 25% of players are active, and we are literally week from expansion release.
