The ones I marked with blue are the safe ones. The least I can do is provide this after providing services for a while.

Some of the unmarked ones might be safe, but I would be hesitant to use them, or they might not even be worth running.

Just remember blood soaked and carrion fields have mobs near the entrance mostly. Renegades is relatively safe but due to the many bandits in the beginning, and the time length it takes to complete it, it's not worth taking.

Although I may be wrong with some of these unmarked ones being unsafe, I'm 100% sure the ones I marked blue are safe through extensive testing.

Edit: Serpent's lair is safe, but damn, you wanna avoid these D tier dungeons

Is this for hardcore? Safe as in nothing spawns at the door or what does safe mean.

This is for hardcore. Safe means here that the mobs don't spawn at the entrance.
