I used over 6500 Neathiron and a billion or two gold to roll my 3x CDR.....

Then two days later a buddy gets his to drop and rolls 3x CDR on his first try.

I think mine went 3x crit after ~7-10 tries (try = 2x crit on CDR)

its proc on cooldown and we call it crit

People call the 4/8/12 masterwork a "crit" or "proc". Not meaning critical strike % or damage on it.
