ive looked down in my turd catcher and been more excited then the skins ive seen in the shop

I think the stuff in the item shop is different for everyone, I've told my friends to look at stuff I saw in there at the moment, and they couldn't find the items at all. I think what you get is based more on which classes you play most.

The shop item is refresh every other hours.

On the upper right Conner of the shop page, you will see the "Shop Refresh: XX hours"
