Because of the constant issues. This new patch went wrong yet again and I also mentioned their class balancing is a spit in sorcerer’s faces and I’m fed up with how they handle feedback. I got an answer after 10 minutes that my money will be refunded.

Yeah maybe haha. I also asked for my in-game purchases of sorcerer cosmetics back because... who the hell wants to play sorcerer like this.
They can't due to "technical limitations". So I asked if it's only one way technical limitations or I will keep my pre-order cosmetics. Let's see how they respond.
