If you ask me, I'd say no. Shako will come. Either a drop or with another 4 sparks through other drops or toons. I think a GA Grandfather is nothing you should salvage.

Damage is an additive mod, so its not as good as it looks on paper, but still. I wouldnt salvage this bad boy.

no big deal, unless you were going to make a bleed bash barb that gf was pretty useless... but on another note shako isn't all that great on a summoning necro either, won't boost your minion dmg just the skills like core and corpse explosion which is like maybe 2% of your damage.
