Normally yes.
The game actually shows you which affixes are possible.

I feel you bro :thumbsup:

I had same issues with my amulet, everything else what were possible to roll came like higest and lowest possible amount and after xx roll i get lowest cdr% roll :wallbash:

300m+ to get a low roll and now I ran out other material :fume:
On top of that the ammy is bricked, because I can’t get the Golem damage to roll and got the Skele mage damage, instead. It was a 1K ammy with +3 Hellbent too!!!!

rip my friend, i learned my lesson, never buy ammy to reroll :D
