despite diablo 4 being created by a DEI squad and despite the obvious feminism and woke themes and obvious DEI consulting firm involvement, and of course with many other complaints that I wont get into right now...

I must confess I have been playing diablo 4 for the last 3-2 months or so with friends and family and I've actually had a good time with it.

looking forward for the new season and crossing my fingers for the "improvements" coming.

I will miss my corpse skill necro.

do you feel your a good player vs player in diablo 4 though?

do you feel like trading a high rune for a gg item like verdungos perfect?

what kind of feeling does diablo 4 give you that you actually have a good time with it?

any detail or none extra?

I actually enjoy the fact that I don't need to rely on trading with morons online and that I can find my own items.
I can focus on the fast pace action gameplay and gives me more incentives to push myself to clear higher tier vaults and dungeons for better loot instead of wasting hours and hours trying to sell items and online shop for items.
also making characters is streamlined b/c I can build any type of character by just playing the game instead of relying on certain items to make my character effective.

This last season I didn't follow any online guides or builds I was able to wing my own build from items I found and I'm almost up to clearing level 87 vaults.

I can relate to this.

I’ve argued this till I’m blue in the face. I get this is jsp, a trading forum these days. I used to enjoy spending hours of time trading. But now as a dad gamer if I enjoy the game I just want to hop on and play a game and ideally gear up naturally.

I don’t want to have to spend hours and hours of my more limited gaming time these days hawking 3rd party trading sites trying to gear up anymore. I just wanna play the game in what time I have available
