I just got this from the butcher in a nightmare vault. Bad rolls though, but better than nothing. I also have Raiments, Esu's and Tal Rasha's. Currently level 73. Should I switch to a Meteor build?

I find strange questions like this. Everything scales with everything in this game, you can pick any skill, with any item combination, and you will still get strong items while grinding.

Not an answer I was looking for. I want to know if it's a proper build or if I should wait for more cdr or anything else.

You will have much better luck looking up builds on youtube or the few sites that are for helping others with builds.

mobalitics/maxroll/d4builds etc...

tbh it doesn't matter, im blasting trough wt4 with firewall atm at 75lvl doing nmd 45+ easy without finding meteor unique which im willing to switch for, if you already have eq that fits firewall than you can switch easy for a meteor, just need 1 specyfic aspect and you're good

I even agree with you here. Somehow blizzard had accomplished this, and I still don't understand how.
