Hammer sim is only godly due to his holy shield, he isn’t even godly. D4 doesn’t have this. I checked into necro bone spear with high Crit chance and crit damage but still don’t understand how to get mils damage.

Think firewall sorc and lightning/storm druid perform quite well

Any, because ALL skills damage is based on your weapon damage and supporting stats. No matter is it caster skills or physical damage.

LS druid single target damage isn't good until you get the new unique gloves.

Pulverise druid is strong. Just focus on movement speed and spirit regen/cost reduction and it will easily take you through to end game. It is not gear dependant until end game, but is a bit aspect dependant; but then all builds are.
