What deems better; Tibaults or, +3 DR Pants?

Tibaults is BiS for every build. Gotta find DR elsewhere.

For dmg tibaults. For nm100 i use def pants on my sorc because the dmg is rediculous high anyways

I am presuming I should use DR Chest Pants and Ammy for t100s in HC?

First things first make sure you're at max res (70) before deciding if you should use Tibaults. I'm decked and still need 60 fire res from my pants so Tibaults is out of the question.

You can also get the damage from +3 pants, Glass Cannon, God Slayer, Oculus and elemental dominance.

U need to reach 13200 def to maximize dr from armor in t100. About 80% armor buff split between 3 items with average ip being over 900 nets you about 10k def. Skulls in jewelry and a basic boost like snow veiled aspect when activated will get you to about 12.5k def. You still need more def but may survive an offscreen crossbow shot. You should be getting as near perfect armor rolls on 3 items to be confident in t100s

35 Dr with barrier
60 Dr close
10 Dr
20% Armor
3 skulls

Raiment of the infinite?

Armor 80-90% altogether
As much flat dr and close dr as you want unless you choose injury Dr instead of close

Burning dr is in paragon and can be rolled on focus/pants

I would rather swap raiment for dr armor than tibault's for dr pants especially on hc as raiment only gives you glass cannon which mitigates some of the damage reduction. 40%x multiplier on tibault's is massive, with teleport, flame shield and metamorphosis you have 100% unstoppable and extra damage uptime and it also gives you a lot of extra mana every time. Would be silly not use it, as they say "offence is the best defence", the faster you kill, the less damage you take. If you don't have shako than also %armor %life helmet should be enough.
I would use mage lord's aspect + everliving aspect + disobedience (amulet). These are all multipliers. Regular affixes on rare items are not multiplicative but additive so they are not that good, especially from burning enemies, because if you will die probably not from burning enemies which you have to hit at first to apply it.
P.S. Probably would add ghostwalker aspect too with that would help to escape dangerous situations like explosive ground etc.
