After I kill first pack of mobs my barber just stops working ....

yes but my barber is not working ... they dont absorb dmg , they take dmg little by little as if there were no barber

You got to take it out and put it back in

I took out the item and put back in, then I kill first pack of mobs then it stops absorbing dmg lol

Felt like I wasn't killing as fast. I restarted it and it seems to work for me now. Maybe try that?

I will restart the game but on blizzard forum someone said their barber was failing as well...
