It is possible ofc, still it is some kind of death match area, where everything is unpredictable, I don't think pvp players will be happy with that. I'm not event talking about balance issues or situations where people just constantly chasing each other because of reusing defensive skills over and over.

- d4 is pve focused (including patches)
- your pvp-duelling skills are irrelevant except you are a rogue fighting a druid or hota barb (as both either deal huge dmg or are tanky af)
- 1 shot kills and huge power-gaps due to builds and items / aspects/ hearts
- I only know the opponents I see on screen, re-matches only happen if you find each other again on the map

What really matters is it kinda makes no fun. Because with the little time I got during 3 months of a season, I barely make it to lvl 75 and during this period I need to focus on upgrading gear and build-settings.

Also I will never even think of playing pvp in ethernal realm, since they nerf and buff with every patch ... And the patches are focused on seasons :)
