If you have decent paragon and gear, built for pvp, enough armor and life.. Then your best chances are - Good dodge chance(boots, pants, agile can get up to 40% or so, you're the zon of d2 in that case) , passive healing(+heal% on gear+stolen vigor is like chugging a potion every second), mobility and cc(try cold and even frostburns) Don't waste unstoppable cooldowns.. Works well and is fun to play:)
Hardest part about D4 pvp is the lack of information, amount of bugs or lack of communication from devs, most of the stats doesn't work/partialy/no one knows $ about the calculations(ex.:dmg% elites does not work, even though tooltip says otherwise).. If things were clear, with a bit of little REAL PVP BALANCE(GOOD, MEANINGFUL, CAREFUL, THOUGHTFUL - NOT NEW BLI$$ARD STYLE) we could finally maybe get the arena, that everyone has been waiting since the one and only 2010 D3 arena trailer..
Also, it's time to stop once and for all fights of Diablo vs PoE. One of them is purely alive because of PvP and other one because of PvE? Could you guess which one is which?
Combine both games, improve innovations, take it to the next level, it has so much unrealized potential, that some healthy competitor might just decrown both games in a blink while reinventing the genre all in all
Hardest part of D4 PvP, at least as rogue, is the constantly respawning white mobs annihilating your defensive mechanics.
