Oh no the game is fun again and the sorc can teleport once every second.

If this weapon isntead of giving perma random tp, was 1-100% chance to random tp would be one of the best uniques for the soso.

like 4.9 with all cooldown maxed except amulet. its like .4 seconds better than without occy

I dont know if u ready it correctly, the weapon is dog shit on all 4 stats. if its +3 skill and +% attack speed then it might has some use. there no way any sorc would use this over codex wand that has 4 x offense stats

This is a weapon for speed farming not for pushing or doing high content.

Fast 50s NM.

This weapon gives survivality, almost infinite tps (fast pulls + 1shots, tp+FN)

I dont care about having some extra crit damage vuln....etc

i want speed and survavility and this gives all of it.

Also opens 1 enchantment slot back.

If only 1-100% chance.
