You can kill enemies with a better chance to drop helmets (like cultists) for a minuscule improvement to your odds of getting one. But it is still pure luck and it’s fucking stupid that there aren’t dedicated farms in this game

can focus farm helms from tree of whispers, and focus on protection chests in helltides. this wont increase your odds by much, but will help a little...

imo, in any arpg, the healthiest way to focus farm should be with trading. accumulate whatever you have found so far, to trade it for what you need. too bad d4 devs cant comprehend this.

I didn’t think you could get uniques from gambling or did that change or maybe I was just mistaken? Genuinely curious here.
