Ive heard its bugged and doesnt work. Of course as always this statment turned out to be a exacragration and its just bad (not completly bugged, just bad). Now the question is how bad is it? I know its not added flag damage as in D2 but meta seems to focusing armor instead if ress.

Is there some cap where lets say 50% resistances are better than 50 armor?

The Devs already confirmed that the resistance calculation isnt working - they wanna try to fix it with Season2.
Until that DR is your only friend.

lmao triple a studio part of a billion dollar conglomerate can't get resistances right in a diablo successor game. can't make this shit up

To be fair the game is massive.. way more complex than games made in the past. It takes time to dial everything in ^_^

Resistances is crucial in every ARPG since ever - to fuck that up and release it in that kind of state is just a joke. The biggest joke is that they need 6 month to fix that shit.

No white knighting.. Just being real

The game is freaking huge.. And has a lot of systems working in tandem. It’s unrealistic to expect them to have a perfectly operating game without the player base actually playing. Betas are okay but can only test so much. Don’t worry, issues are getting addressed and the games constantly getting updated/patched

They actually had a relatively smooth launch.. especially considering their history. There is a lot to be improved upon for sure, but at least it’s a decent start. They have a billion complaints.. they have a lot to fix.. Some take higher priority// That and they are pumping out seasons with additional content on top of it. Just take a chill pill and let things unfold for a bit :hug:

Yeah bro. Crybaby central here... I can't even think of any "perfect" online co-op arpgs. They all have their shits sideways.

100% diablo 4 has been the best experience I've had with one since D1/ D2

Resistances do WORK... they just don't work as much as they SHOULD which makes DR/Armor way more impactful. Expect major adjustments in Season 2... and probably other classes like Sorc will become extremely strong defensively once that happens.

The fact that armor affects resistances was really fuckin odd to me... but no telling what they were thinking... since I don't think resistances affect armor/physical? idk lol

everything is falling apart in this joke of a world if you haven't been paying attention

game is fun but has so much work to be done and I honestly don't see it happening anytime soon since we can't even get freaking leaderboards for season 1
