I am creating start teams for people that want to casually play a new character and go fast but have a great time, and also creating teams for people that want to push their skills and get to world tier 4 as fast as possible!

What is the expectations, in terms of duration, of these teams? 1-100? 1-50? 1-cathedral of light?

Grinding 8 hours from season start? Grinding 15+?

Have teams for 4-8 hours / 8-12hours and 12+ hours. Teams for casual play and teams for fast/speed running (pushing to wt 3 or 4 asap)
