Make sure to choose your server based on where you are located... East coast play and an east server (because of a better connection)

Shadowlands is very populated to and has my guild on there and we are a very friendly/helpful guild if you need anything (Jawa rights activists)

False, I play Harbinger and I'm East coast. And I played the game before I bothered to do anything with jsp on the game.
Harbinger is just more active than any other server, which is why I chose it.

I play Bastion which is the west coast PVP server from the east coast (Nova Scotia) with no issues.

Just talking from my experience, I'm out in Alberta so I didn't really care what server I went on. But my guildies say that if they were on the east, and played a west server they lagged a lot.

I'm actually in Edmonton at the moment visiting my sister and haven't noticed any change.
