Until people get better gear, its almost never worth the wait
so many people try to go in there undergeared and cant' handle the "Hard Flashpoints"
so waiting on those is a waste of time until most people have updated their gear etc
he's asking about solo ranked pvp, not flashpoints
weekends, and probably 4pm pst onwards weekdays
