I've bought sith race but I can't make. I don't understand how I need a level 10 of the race if I can't make it?

If you haven't leveled something past 10 then try that first.
But there are classes that can't use it...
If you try everything and it still doesn't work you'll have to go to lol 10. Get on the fleet and use that appearance thingy
