Training new skills doesn't cost anything with preordered accounts.
I made around 350k leveling?
Just get to 47 and head to makeb with the bolster.
You'll be able to survive and destroy stuff with lvl 6 gear.
That's how I did it and it's fine.

encountering issues now with elites in class missions pre level 30. The price of mods are ridiculous because of the 12x
