I don't think you can trade cartel coins.

its not that you're trading the coins.
the only way to do this is have it so that the person selling the coins buys the item for him waits till it unbinds then trades it to the buyer.
i would have it so u give a deposit ammount of fg when he buys the item.
then the rest when he trades it to you.
if you back out at any time after he buys the ithem you dont get the deposit back.
or if the seller backs out the deposit gets returned.

well then what i need is The title unlock(90CC) and the artifact unlock (1200CC)
