all i can think of is try repairing the launcher
find game in you c drive or w/e you installd it
look for eletronic arts Fold then bioware
then in there you should see a launcher repair thing double click and run and let it take its course and should fix issue hopfully
somtimes the launcher is outdated and doesnt work well so if you do this all it does is reset it for a more modern on
