My imp agent is unable to complete the class mission Fall of House Cortess on alderaan.

When I attempt to use the ship's holoterminal to hear Watcher Two tell me how good I am at pressing buttons, I end up stuck in a blank staring contest with her.
The game isn't crashing, there's just no dialogue or chat options.

Apparently preferred members aren't allowed to use ingame tech support or submit bug reports, so I tried to post on the forums.
Got this error:

So I'm assuming preferred users aren't allowed to use the forums either. Any ideas on what I should do? Placing a $10 international call to submit a bug report for a children's game isn't my idea of a good time.

Fixes tried:
  • Left ship, re-entered
  • Relog
  • Restarted client
  • Attempted to begin cutscene from different angles
  • Waited for companions to return in case they were needed
  • Restarted cutscene via escape
  • attempted to skip with spacebar

The next step would be attempting to abandon the class mission, but that would set me back a week.

This is rather odd, cause it seems to be a very old bug. Only helpful thread I was able to find was this one: http://www.swtor.com/community/showthread.php?t=99896
The only solution might be a reset, but this takes you back to the last step of the quest so it won't reset your whole class mission.

That last quest took me several hours. I'll try it but it's going to be painful.

This one is sticking for me in a different spot. After I've spoken with Darth Zhorrid on Korriban, it tells me to use the Holo-thing, and I do, but it won't play the cut-scene. Freezes with the image of Watcher Two just standing there looking at me and flickering. I have logged out a couple times, reset the mission and talked with Zhorrid again, left Korriban, bought some stuff on Kaas Dormund...

This actually happened to me about a month after launch. I would use my holocaller and it would root me to the ground. I was actually able to build up 20 of the "Hollocall" buffs on myself." I ended up having to actually delete my character after like two weeks of the same issue happening (Yes I submitted MULTIPLE tickets). Your best bet is probably to call them. This one implied that I can just walk up to watcher 2 and talk to her directly. going to try this now
edit: not allowed in that phase.
