Hi, i would like to know why can't i create a ticket in-game, it's like i can't do anything to contact them in-game
And another problem, when i buy the digital pack at 5$ it says my account isn't eligible for it but you need to be at least prefered to buy it and i got my prefered statu today
My cousin is prefered too and he did in fact bought it.
So is it a problem with my account? because i can'T contact the support in-game
