I've got a geared lvl 50 Jugg Tank, Sorc Healer and Merc Healer on Imp side, and a lvl 43 Commando Healer on Pub side.
I'm perfectly willing to help people out with quests, heroics and general questions. Although my help may be to refer you to Google if your question is particularly obvious or subjective.
