Correct. You can still trade your F2P capped gold, which is 200k for 200 fg. If you have credits on The Shadowlands, I'll buy them.

Yes but they are capped at 200k. I suggest spending $4.99+ in cartel coins to upgrade to preferred status though. Also, if you were previously a subscriber, you are automatically preferred status. (as preferred your credit cap is 350k and you get 4 quick bars +++)

You can always farm mats with your crew skill and bank commodities rather than specifically sell credits. For example, I would buy 10+ million credits worth of materials from a F2P player if we were able to negotiate a fair price.
