Made a character on a trial and I was about to get my ship when the game said that I can't get past level 15 on a trial account. Afterwards the ship has vanished

Bought the game and I go back to that area and my ship still isn't there and I need it for my mission I even tried to reset the quest but that did nothing, does anyone know what the problem might be?

Try taking the other shuttle off of the fleet and try checking the hangars at that location. If that doesn't work try contacting a GM.
