If you e-mail origins/amazon etc whoever you bought it through, good chance you can still get your money back for the game. I e-mailed Origins/EA last week and today i got an e-mail stating im getting a full refund to my debit card.

Question is, did you have a virtual copy of the game (downloaded) or is it a copy you ordered and it was delivered?

I just got a full refund for my DIGITAL copy of the game purchased through origin.

I told them that I found the engine defective with my hardware setup and that the 1.1 patch broke the game.

They didnt communicate with me for a week after I emaile them and this morning I just got 60 dollars refunded to my visa.
