Can people from the other factions see one who is in stealth? When you're dueling anyone from your own faction they can still see purple stroke around you which is pretty lame.. I'm 99% sure that the other factions doesn't see you in stealth because that wouldn't be logic and the abiltiy would be useless pretty much so basically I'm just asking to be sure

They have a chance. Its always possible to be detected or not detected.

the closer you are to them the higher chance they ahve (it's a % roll). also you need to stay out of line of sight of them so stay behind and to the side.
