i know having the extra charge and everything would really help.

but this way if you have a healer + dps etc in your group. you have the extra CD for survival, plus the bleed damage.

Cant take 40% reduction + that, which means you'll actually use viscous slash insted as a rage dump.

Its more of an arena thought out build. which as we all know is probably useless.

better off going 5/3/33
