Yes, they are sold in stores. My gamestop has them. They are 60 days and cost $29.95.

No, they cannot be sold on d2jsp, nor can any other currency with real monetary value, even for fg.

i've never really looked into donor forum. to get access you just donate money to d2jsp...a certain amount? or how does it work.
