So my problem is that though I have the sufficient skill levels for gathering (archeology, slicing) but still I cant do anything with the crystals I find on the way. I mean I click on them and nothing happens, tried a lot of things (summoning other companions, different key combinations etc.).
Is this a bug or what?
If yes then what can be done about it?

Nvm, issue solved.

know bug that was supposed to be fixed i thought but has not been.
also sometimes your companion will try to gather but will be retarded/to far away so it will never gather
