Ok say I choose a warrior I see at lvl 10 you can choose a more specific role... Can u switch at anytime back and forth?

Nope , once you pick that specialization it's permanent.

There 2 types you can pick. from those 2 types, there are 3 different trees you can pick, those three trees you may switch between.
