Either call a shuttle/Emergency Fleet Pass (Check your abilities) or simple do a 180 walk to the mid ship and then turn left. You should see the travel vendor guy there.

E/ Actually a more detailed look of your map tells me that you just need to turn around and go into the elevator behind you and go to the main deck or shuttle bay (I don't remember which one is on that vessel.)
