i payd for 1 month subcription time on my visa and i have 29 days of free time from the game

but says i dont have any subscription time wtf going on how can i fix

if you are positive that you actually did add 1 month of game time looks like you get to call customer service! as far as i know when you add time to the acount it should reset the amount of free time you have as well to 30 days. so either the information didn't go through or something messed up on their end.

they are taking a while with their payments

they also have their priority set on new account purchases over game time.

just give it a day or two.
if its longer than that, then contact the support

You shouldn't of waited to the past minute to add a payment method. They warned you of this and even gave everyone a two dy grace period to play for free to Ty to spread out people from all rushing their site at once in a frenzy to play.
