Not to double post or anything (won't let me edit) but this is solved.

You must attach a credit card/game time card- just wont be billed for 30 days.

glad you posted this, now I won't throw a shitfit. I had to deal with an uncommon bug at the start of my pre-order, so I didn't get to play when I was supposed to. So I had to wait until the 16th, I was pretty pissed... especially because all my friends were playing and i pre-ordered before them =\

Well, I had added the code weeks in advance. Then my account showed I didn't enter a key, then i entered the code again and it said it was used (the bug). So I had to wait for them to email me back, then i had to email them back with a screenshot of me buying the game

lol. Now I can't even add a payment option. Fucking retarded. It can't be getting flooded THAT badly at 7am EST, and even earlier other times... if so, I feel sorry for these people.
