Jedi Knights get a different title at the end of their storyline, depending on their alignment. Darkside Jedi knights get the title General, while Lightsided knights get the title Master.

wish i went republic side and went dark points, would of been funnier than going empire and being dark >.<

I beleive it also changes the eyes color when you're going dark side
