whats the best stuff to go as, as a healer. (republic)

I use the lvl 20 pvp set. But i.will need to upgrade to some.different gear. There is something called altracity or something like that that reduceds cast times. I also stack willpower. At level 20 in pvp I crit for 5k. I.also..stack crit.

everything i have read basically says you need tons and tons of alracity to make a difference. also i have heard it does nothing for gcds, so if you have a lot of instant cast or quick cast spells it really doesnt help

Healers only have one week heal that is instant. All the rest have cast times.

ok but i guess even still from the other people who have tested builds during beta they said you needed so much to make it even worth it that by the time you got enough all the other stats you could take were much better, but who knows maybe they are giving it a buff

Idk, I was looking.through my stats and ran across it. Read the description and figured it would be good. But if yiu need mass amounts to make a.difference............

Also I think there is a bug with some.of the skills. Supposed to lower my cast.time.by 1 sec and it never did...

yea might be something to test once i get to max level. or look into more at least
