Try to think of a name, that's actually a... name. I'm not talking about naming your guild "Victoria" but if you can find something that's only one or two words (doesn't necessarily have to mean something) that looks okay and is easy to pronounce then you have a winner. Let me give you an example of some existing guilds. I'm sure you know the guild "Ensidia" for example, one of the leading guilds in WoW... that doesn't actually mean anything as far as I know, but it sounds good. It's a name.
I see some guild names that uses latin words/phrases. But if you choose latin words as a guild name, make sure that those words actually mean something (something you stand for perhaps) and don't just choose it because it looks "cool". Another thing you can do is looking at latin words/phrases and just switch around the letters or remove a letter or add a letter and just get some inspiration from there. Let's use the most common latin phrase: Carpe Diem
<Carpe Diem> - obviously that in itself would be a shit name for a guild because it's more than cliché, however if you change it up a bit.
<Darpe Ciem> - no okay that was a joke. Or was it? Let's continue from here.
You can use different methods to mix these letters. Let's go from Darpe Ciem and use the first letter in Darpe and last letter in Ciem and just keep going inwards, that'll lead you to the word: "Dmaeripce"
Let's do it again, and use the first letter D and then the last letter E and then the second letter M and so on... (same method as before) and we'll get: "Demcapeir" (I removed the R because it didn't fit in imo but you can keep it if you want obviously) so then we get Demcapei.
Don't like it? Get inspiration from the word "Demcapei"... maybe just <Demca> or <Capei> or <Capeidem>
Capeidem reminds me of the sea god Poseidon. Capeidem. Poseidon. Capeidem. Poseidon. Caseidem? If Poseidon works why not Capeidem? Caseidem? Caseiden?
Hell you can even add the R we removed earlier back in somewhere in your current names and you'll get something entirely new.
No? All of them sucked? Then try a different word, it doesn't even have to be a latin one.
That's just one example of creating unique guild names. Use some tricks like I just mentioned and add some of your own imagination and you'll be just fine. But please... don't go with "Legion of Shadows" unless you want to be laughed at by more experienced/mature gamers, sorry, but it's the truth.
And thank you for yours as well.
