its true, GW2 isnt that next gen, and im completely fine with that. What it IS though is taking the good things from MMO's and finally putting it together in one MMO.

the games sales broke just a hair over 2 million, recently revealed in an article. Yea its high, praise there, but also statedi n the article is that they have had high resub rates.


looks at date > you have to sub to even play > sits for a minute > rofl! > in another 10 days they can say that, and it will not be that amazing.


I'd be surprised if 50% of the players actually resub, some people do not feel the same way as some small brained people. They want challenge, working combat, actually fuck working combat.... combat that at least differs itself from you know.... that 8 year old game idk.... world of warcraft?

You're just...wrong. You've been wrong since day 1. If anyone is actually interested in getting this game and wants a REALISTIC view, do NOT listen to this Caedus guy, you will be very disappointed with the game.

It's very clear the game was released unfinished, because it was rushed for a Christmas release. Will it be worth it in 2-3 months? Perhaps. Is it $60 + $15/month now? No. I greatly regret spending $60 on this game.

It was really amazing until i got to 50.
No looking for group system, auction house system is kinda lame, world pvp is just missing and no full warzone are missing.
The raid bosses are fun tho but they are way too easy. Full clear with pugs in pvp gear.

still gave a 7/10 because level was amazing and because i can see all the potential in the game.

Its hilarious. They know they're not convincing anyone yet they keep trying.

I plan on writing an actual intelligent review of it later, that even your feeble mind won't be able to deny.

I also asked for a list of innovations 2 pages ago and all you gave me was voice acting and story.
Both of which have been done a lot, what hasn't been done a lot is people give me a list of innovations.


If you people want a real good laugh, look at the patch notes for 1.1 SWToR that people are oo'ing and ah'ing over because its so much so fast (then look at the date of release of game / patch) and then look at the patch notes for 1.1 rift that no one gave two glances.
They shit on Biowares team of Dev's if they can even be called that at this point as they haven't really developed anything, just downgraded since beta.

every patch of fix and the notes given shit all over biowares. only a few fixes each patch? there should be dozens since it just came out.

rift was not given enough praise, and still isn't. ATM you can get 2 months for the price of one, and they always have deals like this.

But after you've done all 8 (I'm not sure how you could possibly do it and not call it a grind 90% of the quests are the exact same ones you did on the other chars) what then?
