So i got one of my many tickets answered about glitches and other problematic things....
The one that got answered was me logging out yesterday to go to my lectures, coming back and noticing that my legacy exp had gone back to what it was almost 2 levels ago.
Response in the ticket was:

Game performance can be affected by a variety of factors. For a list of the most common causes, as well as a number of performance troubleshooting tips, we recommend visiting our Help Center article located here:

Using a wired connection:
Game performance can also be affected by network issues. If you are using a wireless connection, we recommend switching to a wired connection if possible. If this increases game performance we suggest you contact your router manufacturer.
Resetting In-Game Settings:
Your in-game settings may be affecting your game performance. In order to reset your in-game settings to default, please ensure that the game client and launcher are completely closed, and then navigate to:
C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\SWTOR\swtor
Delete the ‘settings’ folder located here. After deleting this folder, launch the game and check to see if performance has improved. Please be aware this will reset all your in-game settings to default, and any custom settings will be need to be reapplied manually.
