No I tried around the 11th or so, was downloading on a saturday afternoon :\

Hmmmmm, now that i think about it, one of my friends had the same issue a couple of months ago. He tried it on someone else s comp and it worked. His system has an upgraded OS (Vista 7) with no clean wipe. One of those weird deals Microsoft did. The beta may have an issue with certain files....

I don't think it's a coincidence Blizzard is ramping up WoW advertisements leading up to the TOR release. EA should really start to put out SWTOR advertisments, I mean, its extremely hyped already so just about everyone who plays games has heard of it but they should.

meh I'm getting a new computer within a month or two. might have a late start on the game but oh well :\
