It mostly.likely will depend on who you do it through. Just call whichever store you used.

Yeah I pre-ordered it via Origin, searched a bit but their live chat was offline and there was another alternative named "call me" but apparently they only call US numbers so I'll just wait until the chat is online again or send an e-mail if I can find the appropriate address.

I went through gamestop to avoid that issue. This wa th I can walk up the road and rage at a person

Yeah it's pretty annoying... it's always the same when it comes to cancelling stuff, doesn't matter if it's a game or your TV channels, they always make it as difficult as possible to keep you as a customer -.-
